1. Rapid Prototyping: Validating Your Design Before committing to production, verifying the fit, form, function, and manufacturability of a design is important. Machining prototypes from the intended end-use material can provide more representative test results, although performance still depends on the design, material condition, finishing, assembly, and test environment. For future enquiries, prototype feasibility, scope, capacity, inspection requirements, and lead time will be confirmed after reviewing the drawing, model, material, and required documentation.

2. Low-Volume Runs: Bridging the Gap After prototype validation, a controlled low-volume run can support market testing, design refinement, pilot builds, or specialized demand before larger production commitments are made. For planned low-volume work, CAM strategy, fixturing, tooling, setup control, inspection, and documentation requirements will be evaluated during quotation and New Product Introduction review.

3. Repeat Production: Scaling with Process Control Moving into repeat production requires stable processes, appropriate inspection planning, controlled revisions, reliable material supply, and realistic capacity planning. Origin Basis plans to evaluate repeat-production enquiries based on validated processes, available capacity, inspection requirements, and agreed delivery schedules. Production volumes and repeatability commitments will be made only after part-specific review, process validation, and an agreed quality plan.
