We are accepting advance enquiries, but actual medical-device capability, certification requirements, inspection scope, capacity, and timing will be confirmed only after technical review and facility commissioning. Origin Basis is not currently ISO 13485 certified.

Uncompromising Precision and Tight Tolerances Medical components often require intricate geometries and microscopic precision. A slight deviation can render a critical device unusable. Partnering with a manufacturer that inherently understands these stakes is essential.

The planned facility is being developed for custom precision machining, with each tolerance reviewed against component geometry, material, datum structure, workholding, process sequence, equipment, and inspection capability. Origin Basis does not claim a universal ±0.02 mm capability. Any achievable tolerance or surface requirement will be confirmed feature by feature during quotation and validated before production commitment.

Expertise in Medical-Grade Materials Medical manufacturing demands strict adherence to material specifications. The machining process must be carefully calibrated to handle specialized metals and alloys without compromising their structural integrity or biocompatibility.

The founder brings more than 15 years of hands-on CNC machining, programming, and mold-making experience across Canada and India. This includes practical experience with aluminum alloys and tool steels. For future medical-device enquiries, material grade, condition, biocompatibility requirements, coolant restrictions, surface requirements, cleaning, and traceability will be reviewed specifically; founder experience should not be interpreted as current Origin Basis medical-production history.

For future sourcing evaluations, Origin Basis is planning the following service approach, subject to commissioning and part-specific confirmation:

• Planned Prototype and Repeat-Production Support: Prototype, NPI, and repeat-production enquiries will be evaluated against available equipment, fixtures, inspection requirements, validated processes, and confirmed capacity.
• Transparent Commercial Review: Quotations will identify material, setup, tooling, inspection, documentation, outside-process, packaging, and delivery assumptions so buyers can evaluate total landed cost and risk—not unit price alone.
• Greater Noida Location: The Delhi NCR industrial region may provide access to transportation, technical labour, tooling, and outside processes. Actual delivery schedules, export arrangements, approved suppliers, and logistics responsibilities will be confirmed for each order.

The Origin Basis Development Approach Origin Basis is developing its planned quality controls around technical review, documented requirements, material identification, process planning, inspection, and controlled records. These systems are still being established and must be verified after commissioning. Medical-device OEMs should evaluate Origin Basis using the same objective qualification and audit process applied to any new supplier.
